By creating an account or using ProRewards by StruCalc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

Eligibility
ProRewards is intended for professionals and firms in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. You confirm that the business details you provide at registration are accurate and current.

Member Discounts & Offers
Partner discounts, codes, and offers are provided by third parties and are subject to change or expiration without notice. ProRewards facilitates access to these offers but does not guarantee availability, pricing, or fulfillment. Each partner's terms apply to their respective offers.

Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Unique discount codes issued to your account are for your use only and may not be shared or resold.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including scraping partner data, abusing discount codes, impersonating others, or attempting to disrupt service. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

Fees & Renewal
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout. Unless cancelled, memberships renew automatically. You may cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may cancel your membership at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (liability, ownership, etc.) remain in effect.

Sharing with Partners
When you redeem a partner offer, limited information needed to fulfill that offer (such as your name or email) may be shared with that partner. Each partner handles your data per their own privacy policy.
