Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ProRewards by StruCalc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

Eligibility
ProRewards is intended for professionals and firms in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. You confirm that the business details you provide at registration are accurate and current.

Member Discounts & Offers
Vendor discounts, codes, and offers are provided by third parties and are subject to change or expiration without notice. ProRewards facilitates access to these offers but does not guarantee availability, pricing, or fulfillment. Each vendor's terms apply to their respective offers.

Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Unique discount codes issued to your account are for your use only and may not be shared or resold.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including scraping vendor data, abusing discount codes, impersonating others, or attempting to disrupt service. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.

Fees & Renewal
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout. Unless cancelled, memberships renew automatically. You may cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing and your access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for. Because membership grants immediate access to vendor codes and offers, fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support within 30 days and we'll review it.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may cancel your membership at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (liability, ownership, etc.) remain in effect.

Information We Collect
We collect the business and contact details you provide at registration (name, email, firm name, role), billing information processed by our payment provider, and usage data such as which offers you view or redeem.

How We Use Information
To operate your membership, deliver vendor offers, communicate about your account, improve the platform, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing with Vendors
When you redeem a vendor offer, limited information needed to fulfill that offer (such as your name or email) may be shared with that vendor. Each vendor handles your data per their own privacy policy.

Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable measures.

Your Rights
You may update your account information at any time, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account. Contact support to exercise these rights.

Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the platform is used so we can improve it. Essential cookies are required for the site to function; analytics cookies help us understand aggregate usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though some features (including staying logged in) may stop working.

Data Retention
We keep your account and membership records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time from account settings or by contacting us.
